- Thin rice noodles: 175g

- Raw, tail-on tiger prawns: 300g
- Skinless salmon fillet, cut into small cubes: 200g/7oz
- Spring onions: 4, chopped

To start with this recipe, you need to heat a saucepan and then add the coriander seeds along with the ginger. Now, add the sauce and let it boil for some time and then simmer for another ten minutes. After the soup is boiled, keep it aside and prepare for the next ingredients.
